Holocene, as the underdog in a new scene of alternative pop grunge-heads, is establishing herself as a soulful rock powerhouse. The new EP Kiss Me In The Dark, is comprised of Holocene's first three singles Fossils, Delicate Way To Die and her most recent release, Kiss Me In The Dark, the title song of this collection. With some surprise bonus tracks in store, Holocene promises an eclectic mix of musical settings and soundscapes in her first EP, which she says were born from 'a true labour of love'. Having spent the last few years writing and recording music in a remote studio; time and isolation have built these introspective narratives and melodies which are a consistent stamp of Holocene's trademark, along with her undeniable voice.
